FRESH PLUMS

PLUMS “CHACHANSKA LEPOTITSA”
- Fruits ripen between 25thJuly and 5th August
- Big (30-40g), oval shaped,dark blue in colour, heavy bloomed; with yellow-greenish, firm, juicy, and pleasantly sweet-and-sour flesh; very good quality
- Stone separates easily from the flesh

PLUMS “STANLEY”
- Fruits ripen in the last quarter of August
- Big, with average weight(32-60g), egg-shaped,with slightly expressed neck,unsymmetrical
- The skin is thin, dark violet-blue with heavy bloom
- The flesh is yellow-greenish, firm, with grainy texture, juicy and with good taste qualities
- The stone weighs 1.53g., constituting 5.2% of the fruit weight
- Suitable for fresh consumption, drying, sterilization and fermentation.

PLUMS “NANCY MIRABELLE”
- Fruits ripen between 15thand 25th August
- Small (average weight 10g), with prolonged ball shape; yellow in colour with blushes in places
- The flesh is yellowish-red, soft, moderately mellow, sweet, with a typical fragrance, and a very high level of dry solids (up to 28%)
- The stone is small (0.4g), round and easly removable from the flesh
- Suitable for sterilization, nectars and fermentation.
